The Madrasah Education Program under the leadership of the Division ALIVE Coordinator JARME D. TAUMATORGO, Julian B. Meliton Elementary School Principal LUIS M. MARASIGAN and Sta. Cruz Elementary School Principal JULIET C. FAVIA had successfully conducted last October 20 and October 27, 2018 the Solidarity Games and Division Musabaqah, at Sta. Cruz and Julian B. Meliton Elementary Schools respectively.
These activities were part the Division Change
Plan: TRANSForm NAGA, showcasing the talents and skills of pupils in Arabic Language and Islamic Values, utilizing sports and local games in developing Islamic Values among learners and strengthening partnerships with Muslim Stakeholders.
The games includes; Chess, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton and Laro ng Lahi. such as tug of war and sack race, Musabaqah contests on the other hand consist of; Harf Touch, Qur’an Memorization, Oration, Islamic Values Quiz, Arabic spelling, choral singing etc.. Sta. Cruz Elementary School was declared over-all champion in both events.
