The DepEd AP-CID, Naga City successfully conducted its Lecture/Workshop Series Part 1 on Pedagogy and Content for Araling Panlipunan and Planning Conference 2019 for Elementary Level on Friday, June 7, 2019, at Regent Hotel, Naga City. The planning conference is a regular activity that aims to assess program accomplishments, discuss and resolve problems, issues and concerns, and formulate plans and strategies to facilitate the implementation of the various PPAs intended to improve instructional delivery and provide updates on pedagogy and content.
The activity commences with a message from Hon. Esteban Greg Abonal, Chairperson of Education Committee, stressing the importance of providing quality teaching for quality learning.
Randy Bacares, Ph. D. Professor of Universidad de Santa Isabel Graduate Studies and a Senior High School teacher of Camarines Sur National High School shared the New 21st Century Strategies for Araling Panlipunan.
After lunch, the different coordinators reported their accomplishments through infographics printed in 33 inches by 80 inches tarpaulin. The teacher-writers of contextualized/localized Daily Lesson Plans for AP Grade 3, had presented and distributed the soft copy of the prototype DLPs to grade 3 teacher-participants.
